Humor speaks to all personalities and is also an effective way of channeling creativity to make poignant and relevant commentary on important issues and ideas. In this eight-week workshop, students will use structured games and exercises to help tap into their creative instincts, sharpen their comedic timing, build confidence in themselves and their performance as well as trust in their scene partners. They will develop their own characters and original scenes and monologues, and also explore the art of satire and parody.
