General and Box Office Policies
Curtain Call Inc
Etiquette
Please turn off cell phones and chiming watches while inside the theatre. Texting is not allowed inside the theater: the light emitted is distracting to performers and other audience members. Due to these distractions, we ask that you refrain from reading and writing text messages or emails, checking social media, playing games, or otherwise using phones, tablet computers and other portable electronic devices during the performance.
After the show, feel free to call/text/email/tweet/update your friends about the great theater you just saw at Curtain Call!
Photography/Recording
The taking of photographs or recordings of any kind before, during, or after the performance without written permission from Curtain Call is strictly prohibited.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited everywhere in our theatres.
Ticket Donation Requests
Have an upcoming auction or fundraiser? If you’re a fellow non-profit, we might be able to help!
We support Connecticut-based non-profit organizations, with priority given to producing arts organizations, public and private schools, health-related services for individuals, and community organizations in the Fairfield County, CT area.
Due to the overwhelming demand, we are unable to honor donation requests for organizations located outside of Connecticut at this time.
All ticket donations are made at the sole discretion of Curtain Call based on the requesting organization and the services provided by the organization. Most often, we will provide two ticket vouchers, each good for one ticket to a performance at Curtain Call.
Restrictions: All shows are subject to availability. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or applied toward the cost of a subscription.
Occasionally, we will donate Flex Passes, which are good for five to 10 tickets.
Performance Times
Evening performances generally start at 7:30 PM unless otherwise noted. Sunday matinees are at 2:00 PM.
Doors open one-half hour before performances in The Kweskin Theatre. Doors open one hour before performances in The Dressing Room Theatre.
All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.
(If unable to attend, you may consider donating your tickets to the theatre in exchange for a contribution receipt.)
Flex Pass subscribers may call the box office at (203) 461-6358 for exchange options up to 24 hours before a performance.

When Will I Receive My Tickets?
All tickets are held at the box office and are available for pickup one hour prior to curtain for The Dressing Room Theatre and a half-hour prior to curtain for The Kweskin Theatre. Flex Pass subscription tickets are also held at the box office.
Courtesy Reminders
Early each week, we notify ticket holders of their reservations. We do this by email and/or by telephone. This is especially helpful to Flex Pass subscribers who may have purchased tickets nearly a year in advance. It’s a helpful reminder of performance time and other area information such as nearby construction, etc.
Special Needs Seating
A number of wheelchair and companion seats are available. If you are in need of special seating, please notify the box office when making your purchase.
Privacy Policy
We do not sell or share our mailing lists. We do, however, often purchase lists from outside mail houses, so sometimes those who have previously requested no mail from us do receive communication. We apologize for that potential inconvenience.
Assisted Listening Devices
A limited number of infrared listening devices are available through the box office on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be asked to leave a form of identification as a deposit when you pick up the device.
Late Seating
All performances start promptly at the time listed. Patrons arriving late to the performance will be seated by the house manager at his or her discretion.
Latecomers may be seated in locations other than those for which they hold tickets.
Inclement Weather
We do not cancel performances, except in an extreme weather emergency. If we do so, we will issue refunds or exchange your tickets for another performance. We do not issue refunds for unused tickets if we have not cancelled a performance.
