SCRAMBLED: A comedic variety show!


Eliza Kingsbury (Upright Citizens Brigade) and Kevin McNair (ComedySportz) are hosting and starring in a night full of improv, characters, stand-up, and sketch comedy! Eliza and Kevin are two NYC performers bringing their talents to the CT stage.

Two special guests will be joining in on the fun! Local artist Charlotte Roth (Storyteller/Singer-Songwriter) will be performing some of her original songs.
NYC actress Mikayla Petrilla (Sleep No More) will be joining in on the comedy as well. 

When these performers scramble their talent together, audiences will be served a good time!

Eliza Kingsbury is a sketch comedian, actor, writer, and musician based in NYC. She is a longtime mainstage cast member of Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre where her solo show, ‘Pop Stars Are Dumb (But We Love Them)’, had an extended run. She has toured with her sketch team and solo show to Montréal, Toronto, and Chicago Sketchfest. Other credits include The PIT, Reductress, and Battle of the Sketches in Austin, TX.She teaches sketch comedy at the New York Public Library through Urban Stages. 
 
Kevin McNair, locally, is a former Town of Stratford Arts Commissioner, a former board member at the Westport Community Theater, and has directed many plays including a touring production of “The Twelfth Day in Paris”. Kevin primarily has been focused on the art of improv over the past 20 years. He’s a former improv house team member of The PIT (Lettermen!) and The Armory (Strawberry Daniels). Kevin studied improv with the Upright Citizens Brigade, The Peoples Improv Theater, and Magnet Theater. He taught at the PIT while coaching multiple indie teams in NYC. Most recently Kevin has been producing and performing in “A Significant Moment” a mixed show including storytellers, improv teams, and himself performing a solo improvised show.
