Harness these elements and build strong vocal and performance skills as we examine the best of Broadway! Students will learn how to not only sing a musical number, but explore musical staging, stage directions, how to act a song and most importantly how to blend and work together creatively as an ensemble. Acting games and exercises will also be incorporated into the curriculum. The session will culminate in an informal showcase on the final date. All students must be available for this showcase, which – barring any weather or emergency cancellations – is March 16, 2020. Any weather or emergency cancellations will result in the scheduling of our make-up dates as needed (March 23 and 30) Students must be available for make-up dates should they be needed.
